How it all works...
Through the Payform service you become an employee of Payformance Ltd meaning you remain eligible for things such as holiday pay and statutory sick pay (SSP) but with one key benefit – you can claim tax relief on business expenses.
Subject to certain criteria, you can claim relief on the costs of contract work e.g. travel to and from site and subsistence while you are working. This means an element of your income will not be subject to PAYE and NI potentially leading to an increase in take home pay when compared to a standard pay roll.

Individual workers, agencies and businesses need to know that their service provider is committed to compliance which is why we are continuingly reviewing the latest legislation and making changes to keep our customers safe. A comprehensive package of insurances also provides our customers with peace of mind that they are being looked after.
Once joined the process is a simple one; each week (or month depending on your payment terms) you tell us what hours you have worked and what expenses you have incurred. We contact the business you are providing services to and send them an invoice for the work. If the business does not send the funds when we expect then we chase them on your behalf. On receipt of the funds we make the necessary deductions (taking into account the expenses you have sent us) and process a payment to your personal bank account on the same day. As soon as the payment is processed a pay slip detailing a full break down of all the relevant details is available on our secure online portal together with other up to date news and contracting information. We will also send you an SMS confirming the net pay amount leaving you free to enjoy your leisure time, safe in the knowledge that your pay has been processed correctly.
