Ltdform offers complete accountancy support for individuals that want to run their own Limited Company. We will help you form your own Personal Service Company (PSC) and then act as the company’s accountants and book keepers, ensuring your pay is processed as tax efficiently as possible under current legislation. This means you can enjoy the benefits of being a director of your own company without the hassle of tasks such as invoicing, PAYE/NI returns, VAT returns and company accounts.
Subject to certain criteria, you can also claim relief on the costs of contract work e.g. travel to and from site and subsistence while you are working. This means an element of your income will not be subject to PAYE and NI potentially leading to an increase in your take home pay when compared to a standard pay roll.

Individual workers, contractors and businesses need to know that their service provider is committed to compliance which is why we are continuingly reviewing the latest legislation and making changes to keep our customers safe. Access to discounted insurances through our Insurance Brokers also provides our customers with peace of mind that they are being looked after.
Once joined the process is a simple one; each week (or month depending on your payment terms) you tell us what hours you have worked and what expenses you have incurred. We contact the business you are providing services to and send them an invoice for the work. If the business does not send the funds when we expect then we chase them on your behalf. The funds are sent directly to your company bank account. We then calculate the liabilities you should retain (taking into account the expenses you have sent us) and confirm the amount you can withdraw. This is confirmed via a company income statement and is available on our secure online portal together with other up to date news and contracting information. We will also send you an SMS confirming the net pay amount leaving you free to enjoy your leisure time, safe in the knowledge that your pay has been processed correctly.
